Bad Blogger
I've been a major slacker in the blogging department lately. Sorry to the 3 people out there that look at my blog. Here are some pictures of my latest addiction to make do until I get back into the groove of blogging.

Funny stuff my husband says
On Saturday my lovely mother came down to go with me to register for baby stuff. Taking Karl would have been pure torture - for both of us. Later that weekend I decided to show Karl the stuff I (we) registered for. His most memorable comment, "I don't even think we need a stroller, do we?" Now if you're a parent and completely agree with this and feel that yes, we could have definitely gone without a stroller please let me know. He had another gem as we were discussing high chairs, "My dad could probably just make us a high chair." This is so Karl, he volunteers his parents to do everything for us. Example: our new master closet will probably be 99% completed by his dad (mostly because Karl works about 12 hours day and is too busy thinking about underground bunkers, raising cattle, and drilling wells - I'll post about all that soon). Good thing they are the most awesome parents ever. They are way to good to us, and always do the crazy things Karl asks of them. Another example, a year or two ago on New Year's Eve we were hanging out at home and it was about 11:00 pm and Karl got a hankering to make cookies. We didn't have any eggs though, so of course he calls his parents. Instead of us running over to their house to get the eggs, he makes them bring the eggs to us. At 11:00 at night. On New Year's Eve. They totally did. I really have the best in-laws ever.
*As a side note for parents out there, I am open to any comments or suggestions regarding preparing for a child. It is slightly overwhelming so feel free to let me know what you could and could not live without when it comes to baby stuff. I'll take all the advice I can get.
* Oh, p.s. I'm pregnant, due in July in case you didn't know!
